Controller and contact

Controller: Opportunixx. The final legal-entity details will be confirmed before production lead collection begins.

Privacy contact: Opportunixx Privacy Office, Data Protection Contact, [email protected].

Data we collect

If you join the early-access list, we collect your work email and a consent record, including consent version, timestamp, source page, and basic technical/security metadata needed to protect the form.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, subject, and message.

How we use data

  • To respond to early-access interest and product inquiries.
  • To maintain consent records and honor privacy requests.
  • To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
  • To understand aggregate site performance when optional analytics are accepted and configured.
  • To recognise which companies show interest in Opportunixx, when optional analytics are accepted.

We do not sell personal data and do not use early-access emails for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Opportunixx uses Cloudflare for DNS, security, and delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form is being submitted by a person rather than a script. Turnstile sees the interaction with that check. It does not see what you typed into the form.

Opportunixx uses Google Analytics, and only after you allow it. Google Analytics never receives your email address or anything else that identifies you.

Google Analytics must not receive personal information such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, or message contents.

Opportunixx uses RB2B, and only after you allow analytics. RB2B uses technical data from your visit, such as your network address, to recognise the company the visit comes from, and tells us that company's name in a notification. We use it at company level only: it does not tell us who you are, and we receive no name, email address or personal profile. To work out where a visit comes from, RB2B looks up your network address with an IP geolocation service, ip-api. RB2B is based in the United States, so this data is transferred outside the European Union. If you do not accept analytics, RB2B never loads. You can also object to RB2B directly, at any time, through its opt-out page.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses browser storage to remember your consent choice and a few display preferences, and that stays on your device.

One cookie comes from elsewhere. When the anti-bot check loads, Cloudflare sets a cookie named _cfuvid from challenges.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare describes it as being used only to tell apart visitors sharing a network address, so that rate limits work, and as holding nothing that identifies you. The form cannot work without that check, so this cookie is not part of the analytics choice below — refusing analytics does not remove it.

If you accept analytics, RB2B may store an identifier in a cookie named _reb2butk and in browser storage, so that it recognises a returning visit.

Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you accept it. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings, at the foot of every page. Advertising storage is never enabled, whatever you choose.

Retention

Early-access records are kept only as long as needed to manage the private launch list, respond to inquiries, maintain consent evidence, and comply with legal obligations. Contact emails are retained only as long as needed for the inquiry and reasonable business records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can make a request through [email protected].
